I purchased a cheap box store torch that worked then didn't. I spent time and money trying to fix it to no avail. I contacted Tiger Torch and had an excellent experience. A real Torch was in my hands in short order and I was able to complete my Yakisugi projects. I wish I had known and not wasted time and money on a clearly inferior and cheaply made box store one.
