Don't You Hate Damaged Threads???

Brass is soft so it's unfortunate that the threads on the control valve could be damaged if your Tiger Torch is dropped in the wrong way or abused. Well you could order a replacement 854-L Control Valve for your existing torch but we have also added a "tethered thread protector cap" on all our new torches as a standard part of the torch to protect that new torch from use and abuse going forward! Once you've disconnected your hose from your Tiger Torch just re-apply the handy tethered cap for thread protection and safe keeping.
